The FAV Group was established in 1976, where the founder, Arne Veidung, started with technical agencies and later real estate development. In 1979, “Veidung Trading” was set to buy apartment buildings for renovation and sectioning. Later, it developed into more significant investments in commercial real estate and real estate development.

In 1986, Veidung Trading was transformed into a limited company for the first time, and in the same year, the industrial division was established. This department currently consists of SE-TECH AS, Arne Kraftselskap AS, and BioCoTech AS.

Today’s FAV Group is 100% owned by Arne Veidung, and where more than 150,000 m2 of land and commercial property are currently owned and operated. Our properties are constantly under development for our tenants, where our motto is: You Name It.
